Martin County Jaguars are excited to announce the 2022 Registration is opening on October 20, 2022. Please visit the Registration page to sign your child up. If you would prefer to pay by check or cash, please download the forms available on the Team & Forms page.
Important Registration Information
To register your child, please be sure to have the following information available or be sure to get these items available for practice:
- Birth Certificate
- Photo of child
- Full Payment of $150
- Printed or e-signed copies of the following forms:
- Player registration (If player is registered online, this form is not necessary)
- Release of Liability Waiver (Informed Consent)
- Medical Release
- Parent Code of Conduct
- Media Release
These forms are all available on the forms page for printing or you can choose to e-sign them and send them back to us at martinjaguars@gmail.com
Practice Location
Martin County Jaguars will be back to practicing at Anderson Middle School in Salerno. Practice schedules and further information will be posted on social media, the blog, and sent via email to all players and/or parents whose email is on file.
Volunteer Opportunities
